This company is a finance company,and now i am working at this company for the experience and also get a new job at best company .another point is that my colleagues com from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration and also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

...10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend customer calls in the evening.but the compensation is not decent but growth is not slow .and work pressure is high.
