Luckily I was in a better team, however all other team gives torture.

...ment is really poor. I was having health issue and couldn't serve notice period. For that they have asked 85k compensation, however their offer letter only said 1 month salary should be given for not serving notice period. I've worked for 2.5 years and because of bad behaviour from HR and management I have not got experience letter. Worst company ever and worst management that I have seen. Sorry to say, but employees are not the priority only money for the corp like this.

... atleast hybrid work model. But here there is no such thing, even for the needy. And the salary hike is not good as well.

... can work till your eyes and hands work properly - Till Team Lead you can grow - Even though starting salary is low, they give good hikes - Work environment is good - They provide Food and accommodation. Food is really good.

The exterior of the building is very bad, even-though interior is good.

Able to gain knowledge about the subject matter by getting trained on various technological aspects of the work, besides working in rotational shifts leading to a good work life balance for an employee.

...ight out o get accustomed to the company protocols and the courses being taught. Also the salary being paid to the employees is not up to the mark as per any other companies.

The work culture is awesome. Surrounded with good people. Nice canteen. Company policies are OK. Not that much great.

One negative thing about this company is : Very poor salary. The teammates, people are awesome to work with. I don't know about job security, but its kind of OK, Still there are outdated technologies being used. Work life balance as a person doing in rotational shift is awful. So it can't be pointed out as a disadvantage of the company, rather its a disadvantage of the Job. Also freshers are treated very badly. You get only one day off per week for 6 months. Same thing happens when you submit the resignation letter. For those who serving in notice period will only get one day off per week.
