...ng us work for technical support where they didn’t even gave us proper training. They even lied about salary during interview. They said food would be provided by company and that is free but after joining we came know that they will deduct 5k from your salary and it doesn’t matter that if you eat food from office or not they will deduct that amount and food is worse most of the days. They didn’t even mentioned about the 6 days work week till probation and because of they lied about the package would be 5 lpa we were not able seat for any other companies in college and they gave us the offer letter really late where they mentioned about these things so that we don’t have much options in hand.

There is nothing to like about the company and if you want to save your career don’t trust what they say and dont consider joining this company.

Nothing, they gave fake promises telling to hire as Web developer and give Technical support role.

...ept the people. But there is no point of people if there is no job satisfaction. Salary is very low if you are coming from different city.

Providing food but takes 5000 from salary. If the employee is not in company accommodation they also take some charges.

...juniors so quality of work is very poor. Worst HR Department Worst Team leaders. Not giving salary as per the offer letter. So many deductions in salary. Mental pressure and work pressure are very high. Girls are crying in front of team leaders. Terrible night shift. No motivation for employees. Employees should sign 2-year bond.

They only intake so that they can cheat them. Zero work ethics and unprofessional attitude from the management. No career growth with worst character development

Everything. Salary in the offer letter will be different from the salary credited to your account.

Luckily I was in a better team, however all other team gives torture.

...ment is really poor. I was having health issue and couldn't serve notice period. For that they have asked 85k compensation, however their offer letter only said 1 month salary should be given for not serving notice period. I've worked for 2.5 years and because of bad behaviour from HR and management I have not got experience letter. Worst company ever and worst management that I have seen. Sorry to say, but employees are not the priority only money for the corp like this.
