...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Some times to see some here is no value for our old staff. Same position working and good performance giving after that new staff salary is high and old staff has to low. request to our management at list keep near. other this staff demotivate. pls need to revise. if any one person work with organisation from long time this is not good.

...om home after dinner... so you endup closing at least 11.30-12 if not 1.30-2 AM. no salary hikes as compared to work done, failed promises, they will promise you for many things but wont fulfill anything. You might end up with high blood pressure or sugar issues

Very bad experience, there is no equality at all, some persons (management's favourite) and some women's are paid to much , even they don't do their regular works and also promoted earlier as compared to hardworking employees. Employees who exaggerate their work and takes time more than enough to complete a tsk are really appreciated but the one who completes task before time giving his best, is considered as an average employee.

Company only raises salary for those who who are at higher positions who don't know how systems and processes works on ground and they only works on excel and only replies mails and are paid more than 10-15 times than a hardworking employe who really helps the company in growing business, and all appreciation goes to your boss and thier favourite ones and all other are neglected.
