HR is only for hiring. Lot of pressure for target. After 20th of every month, you have to come to the office and work even on holidays, and you don't get any compensation for it. But this culture has now become common across all NBFC .

No learning, no growth, HR is least bothered to resolve ur grievances... Keep working with the prevailing conditions... Do not raise any query as no one will address to it
