Company policy & pay structure everything totally different from other companies...According to me It was a bad move for me

Except office timing everything not satisfactory... Such growth, culture, no such training, job security.. Etc

Nothing...some people are getting salary for jst sitting and chilling while some people are not getting enough salary who are working behalf of everyone. Too much politics....manager only favours people on their personal relationship and not basis on work they do.

Everything other than salary....salary is good here but at cost of learning nothing good.

Only PRO about the company is, MARKET REPUTATION. Because of Poonawalla surname, people attract to know if you are working with Poonawalla and that too in that astonishing building in KP
