...The absence of Provident Fund (PF) deductions. - The lack of Mediclaim coverage. - Extended working hours, with deductions of half a day's salary for forgetting to record attendance on the portal. - The non-observance of national and festive holidays. - A PLI that is approximately 50% of the salary, which is allegedly never disbursed. I kindly request that these matters be addressed and clarified, ensuring that all employees are fully informed of their rights and entitlements.

There are plenty of things. Culture. Office politics by old employees. No system in place for anything. Forget about the money spend as its won't be claimed. No policies for Vendors. (Deducting the money is very common practice). No control over language.(Abusive language is very common). Favouritism is other aspect which leads employees to leave.
