Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not decent and career growth in designing will always be at one level as the head of design was the owner herself. At the time of pandemic they didn't even supported me and infact kept me on hold for 3-4 months and dt to without pay and they are even dening to give one month notice pay which is mentioned in my offer letter.
