24 hour working and there is a problem for the employee who come from outer area of the town ,they face the problem of convince at night!

Lot of things Poor work life balance. a toxic working culture No system no suggestions no discussion very poor way of working. No one think and capacity to tackle the situation always doing the wrong in try to do the right.

I started my career with Pontika Aerotech as an EHS professional and overall my experience was very good. There is plenty of things for creative people to do in Pontika. My Team was very supportive & also management was very supportive too. (Good learning Good memories )

Company's senior level employees are so traditional stuck minded that they don't want to grow because of them whole company survive hence a employee who works with full sweat & honestly at the last that employee feels that working here is like breaking a mountain with just hai little timber stick which is may be possible but requires so so much patience or may be during that employee could be break himself

New manager just engaged to make happy higher management instead of better implementation of system and policies. Over it was good experience for me higher management was supportive to me.
