Ethical issues ...difference of opinion and I resigned. Food bad. Remote area. Far away from shopping centers. may not get important things in the surrounding villages.

PIMS is a second home to anyone who joins there.let it be the working environment, learning curve and job satisfaction it is 100 percent. The comfort and flexibility u recieve there is worth mentioning...

Better place for bachelors / spinsters. But married people feel hard with duty timings. Still there are lot of other good things such as medical benefits for employees and their family members; location of the institute inside a natural scenery.

Politics inside institution among senior employees with their subordinates.

The best work experience I have here in this Institution... Soft-Skill Training , I was given a free-will to conduct Reality show based on the syllabus framed.., Guests from varied college & university were brought in to witness & Judge Debates / Group Discussion / Reality (show ) Talks & Discussion & above this " Campus Face-Off " which was a " Big-Big Success " The best of my career at P I M S . . .

Good atmosphere to work... Good accommodation with safety.

Dislikes

No money paid for extra hours... Remuneration need to be improved. Appreciation for staff has to be provided. Entertainment like sports and culturals need to be arranged often. Mess fee has to be made free for staff.
