Good pay Not much patient load. Medical college based hospital. On the East Coast road

Ethical issues ...difference of opinion and I resigned. Food bad. Remote area. Far away from shopping centers. may not get important things in the surrounding villages.

Safety place.....peacefull job...increment gradualy.... No salary issue...esi and bonus for dipali is very helpfull for all staff.

Bus pass rate high...no petrol convenience...very low basic salry in pondichery... This work not for youngster....only for old people.

PIMS is a second home to anyone who joins there.let it be the working environment, learning curve and job satisfaction it is 100 percent. The comfort and flexibility u recieve there is worth mentioning...

Better place for bachelors / spinsters. But married people feel hard with duty timings. Still there are lot of other good things such as medical benefits for employees and their family members; location of the institute inside a natural scenery.

Politics inside institution among senior employees with their subordinates.

Soft-Skill Training , I was given a free-will to conduct Reality show based on the syllabus framed.., Guests from varied college & university were brought in to witness & Judge Debates / Group Discussion / Reality (show ) Talks & Discussion & above this " Campus Face-Off " which was a " Big-Big Success " The best of my career at P I M S . . .
