Salary package, whom are in the old and experience People getting less salary, who are newly joining in the company they are getting good package ,

The company always welcome fresher's, but the working hours and work load is too high , salary's are less and no benefits, so it is a great disappoinment to work such a organization

The work culture is very poor, they always tries to put burden on employee, but they won't care about employee pain area, poor hr policies. policies only made for company comfort's , not for employee.

Learning more about the sales and get trained about the customer handling. They provide different training for executives. They provide promotion for well done executives in better way.

...ife balance is little difficult to handle. More work pressure to achieve target. Salary is less for highest degree employee.

No support from the concern person No leave on Sunday also and even festivals also They given 24000 salary in confirmation letter after that they given 18000 per month While driving also they are asking me to work
