At your back politics is going you never know salary salary/appraisal very poor job security is poor I have done their apprenticeship they never give payment slip only give check i many time ask for payslip they said we do'not allow payslip to apprenticeship. messing is to bad they hire 1 year for apprenticeship after they proceed with training for 1 yr after it 1 year for confirmation means you need 3 year to become a proper employ

Job security is the most important aspect in Polyplex. Company culture is also good. Company policies somehow in favor of the employees. Flexible working hours is a plus.
