All things are very poor and avarage, u don't get any skill development also the salary and promotion are so less equals to pickle added in ur lunch.

the company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology . another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds .

compensation is decent but growth is slow . managers do not value an individuals ' unique strengths , which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times .

The new learnings and fast pased projects which involves knowledge from various departments which helps to build a perfect professional career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nice team work. Entertainment with work. Employee growth in position and promotions by interview. Facilities good. Hr executive s are supportive. Better job for mechanical branch candidates

...r employees growth. Medication facilities are poor, specially ambulance vehicle. When you resign u have to very careful about clearance and notice period other wise the hold the salary EPF money by not giving exit date. Like me .till now I did not get yet.
