Poor work culture, lots of politics, no any suitable compensation and benefits, no flexible timing, leave policy very bad, medical policy not well, total holiday is very less, unnecessary work load very much. No good trainer for training, increament very less. Day by day dislikes are increasing in pml.

Company infrastructure is good along with job security and bonus is also great.

Favoritism and partiality ... Like training them whom the hod's like for their own personal gains and not focusing on the others who are willing to learn as well.

Salary on time if you are current employee. If you resign than forget about your notice period salary. The will never pay you your salary for the working during notice period.

Work culture very bed. No job security, no relieving letter after resignation, no accepted copy of resignation letter. Politics, no full and final after resignation

The management is not think about the worker But a worker think about the company and his growth he doing hard work but the hard work is going in negative respons

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow

Since I work in automation department, my experience has been very good over all , but I can not say the same for other departments like quality and production because they are not a particularly well in this field the job security is very low in these departments.

The salary apartment to the employee must be more also they promotion should happen from time to time and the salary given date should be first of the month apart from this the job in the Polimer medical limited required mediocker not to good and not to bad.
