If you perform well everything is dumped on you. WFH situation is thoroughly exploited.. Had to work on weekends too, though it was not expected by them, but the work has to be finished before unrealistic deadlines, therefore having to work overtime. Work is too stressful. (Personal experience)

Likes

Each and every employ is valuable in Polus. The freedom you get in Polus is not something you see in every IT companies. The technologies in use are always updated. Management respects and value the suggestions of every employees there.

Dislikes

You won't find many reasons to hate the firm as a whole. Sometimes you may feel some lack of guidance, but if you are good enough and self motivated, you won't have a problem.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Have to work alot on my project since they didn't recruit more than 2 people(me and one more) on my project. Hence i can't take any leave and i have to work 24/7...
