Just do work in working hours only because whenever you leave this company no one cares ki tum kitni der tk kaam krte the or kitne honestly kaam krte the. Infrastructure is so poor. If they like you they will make you learn so many things about our field. Job is not secure they can kick you out anytime and you are not able to impress them they will insult you in front of everyone anyhow they will embarrass you. They will make u feel the worst decision to join this company there is nothing to like

Very bad politics over their, whole environment of pollucon head office is very negative and toxic they use to torture for coming to their place and learning. They will embarrass you , torture you so much so that you will yourself ran away from this company and never look back
