Being a fresher, always had a fear of how will be my first company where I may get the job, how will be the culture of the company, will i get a lot to learn from the company I join. Finally all these questions got a positive solution when I joined the Pollen Healthcure. Fabulous company with a very good culture and healthy relationships with the staff as well as the managers/employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. If you do your job/work with passion you won't find any company to dislike.

Likes

Team members are very good with a great family like environment. Getting good training related to job profile. Minimal traveling is involved which gives me chance to balance the Work and Personal Life. I get lot of opportunity to learn new processes related to my work.

Dislikes

All the things in Pollen are upto the mark and there are still improvements going on as and when required, so as such there is nothing to be disliked here.
