... illogical ans irrational question which they themselves don't know the answers. Most important thing, the working hour is more than 9hr daily and they wouldn't pay you extra for that too.

Nice experience in the organization, Environment and culture good. Teammates supportive and management is transparent, company policy are good appraisal fair.

Little bit politics and salary good but career growth is slow no body take responsibility if any employees demotivate

I want to share name of Mr Abhishek Sharma . He having rights of leads distribution and he is using this right for self benefits not for company benefits. Bcos he given all interested lead to only selected agent who is close to him personally . Bcos they agent are sharing their incentive amount to mr Abhishek Sharma .. really if this is the management then I don't think company authority have good judgement to select their management team Thanks

...s working only for corporate employees. CEO Mr Naval Goel is very nice person. Salary always on time which is on last date of every month.

I am Admin executive at policyx and only thing which I dislike is my working days that is six days in a week. Rest all are good.

When i was working in 2014. The trainer has don't know how to trained the people because they don't have any experience about the product. There was no any learning environment. Lots of person was misguide to the customer. but now a days i don't know about..
