Nothing is good in the company culture. No job security is there for any of the employees. If you fail to achieve your targets once they will throw you out. They never value their employees. All decision is in hand of one person. They never evaluate the hard work of their employees and always listen to the upper managements even if they lie they believe them and never try to listen to the Junior employees. So much partiality is there in the culture few employees are getting 5 days working even if they are doing nothing and the employees who all are giving business to the company they always have 6 days working impact they forced to work on Sundays too. No work life balance, no growth.
