Toxic Environment. On time login however the Logout depends on your task completion. HR never support employees. Managers are selfish and self centric

Management are very poor. Company need to hire new talent in operations only there are old employee are working as a TL and AM. Manager don't have sense that how to speak with employee. He work like a peon. He dnt have basic knowledge that how to speak employee. If there any emergency in home then he is not giving a job that's why I left the job

...e of same age bracket, MANAGERS very understanding and very helpful in growth. SALARY GOOD PACKAGE and the timings of salary, your salary will be credited on 1st of the month if it's Sunday on 1st of the month then your salary will be credited on Saturday evening but no delay will occur Week offs yes they are rotational but on 2 week offs really helps me in living my life out of job only INCENTIVE I didn't earned anything yet in my last 9 months 😅 but yes I do have some common friends who joined two months ago and got 80k as an incentive. My point is just there is huge potential in earnings Appraisal twice in a year What else do I need ?? I guess less Target 😂

What I do not like about this company will be , honestly I am thinking of that because it generally don't comes to mind because if it has it is very few . Sorry but even after thinking for 5 minutes I couldn't find anything bad , However some people may say pressure is huge but guys it's sales and sales is what feed whole company so you will have to make numbers not only in this company but any company you go, comparably Policybazaar manager are kind and helpful when it comes to sale

Job security, salary structure, working management, every thing is very good. And one more thing salary is not deducted in any situation.

There is not as much which i can say i dislike policy bazaar insurance web aggregator.

no work-life balance in fact your TL will ask you to sit for extra hour for the booking. they treat you like a robot like if your tea break is of 15 mins then its 15 only you can't do it 16 and in 15 min you have to go to the cafeteria and have tea or food what ever you want to and come back to the floor. They use to do micro manage the things.
