I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days.

...home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. I'm submitting this but please don't discover my name anywhere coz no one wants to speak about al these things.

I dislike about everything, the work culture is sick , they'll are make you sick by working in toxic culture,they have one agenda if you will to work on your weekoff ,I will provide you better leads flow so that you can complete their tasks,they will force you to work even if you have a high fever ,no humanity, I would suggest don't go there.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

The only reason i work for this company almost 1 years Salary and incentive are good(but utne paise ke he apko stress ke medicine). They provide lead and travel allowance 150 per customer

...c holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Holi, Diwali and rakshabandhan par maine kam kiya no double salary free main kam karo bus. 9am video call se kam shuru ho kar 9pm (in winter)par kam khatam hota hai. Customer ka claim reject hone par customer apko bolta hai ke claim aprove karwao

The only thing that anybody can like in this soo called policy bazaar.com office is that the salary never comes late... Rather then that there is nothing good in this office

Every thing is bad in this company seniors behaviour towards there employees is horrible like they treat there employees as they were jst like slave to them... When you work in policy bazaar.. no matter you were sick or your family member like suppose your father is in hospital/ICU. They will not.. give you leave for more then a day. You have to come office and do the work... And suppose due to some silly reason if your AM(Assistant manager). Will not like you... He will do anything to give you the termination letter he will creat the silly proofs about you what so ever you have down that or not... But he will prove that and then the hr jst ask you to leave.. or they will terminate you... This is jst a simple trailer for working in policy bazaar there is much more horrible situations then this in the company... Rest you can decide either you want to work or not..
