There work culture is worst there is no work life balance and people dont know how to talk to their subordinates they are treating people like a machine . Even the words which they used is terrible for the ears sometime and the work is also monotonous so no chance for learning

The only reason i work for this company almost 1 years Salary and incentive are good(but utne paise ke he apko stress ke medicine). They provide lead and travel allowance 150 per customer

...c holiday at all. Diwali ko after 4pm ke chutti milte hai. No work life balance. Holi, Diwali and rakshabandhan par maine kam kiya no double salary free main kam karo bus. 9am video call se kam shuru ho kar 9pm (in winter)par kam khatam hota hai. Customer ka claim reject hone par customer apko bolta hai ke claim aprove karwao

I'm in FOS PROCESS Sabkuch badhiya hai....acchi salary accha staff but work life balance bilkul bhi nhi hai....AGAR subh 8 bje ki lead aai hai to Jana padega raat ke 9 bje lead aai hai to jaana padega

The timing is fixed which is good. And you will get salary on time.

Work environment, no support from senior, lot of work pressure, no appraisal until you kill yourself at work, no promotion, no incentive, no one talk in a proper manner and senior will treat you like shit. Your ambition will die and confidence will get killed by them. No growth.

Here I am getting to learn something, I am happy with that, all other experiences are bad.

Dislikes

Salary is good, but there is a lot of mentally torture in front of it, there is no time to work, still there is disrespect, personal experience is bad.
