This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

The timing is fixed which is good. And you will get salary on time.

Dislikes

Work environment, no support from senior, lot of work pressure, no appraisal until you kill yourself at work, no promotion, no incentive, no one talk in a proper manner and senior will treat you like shit. Your ambition will die and confidence will get killed by them. No growth.

Huge incentive in policybazaar is positive point.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Company will not give you government holiday off neither double pay for working on that day. When you will resign then they will not provide last 3 months incentive.
