Frankly speaking I don't like anything.

Dislikes

No carrier growth for hard working people,no employee satisfaction, managers are highly bias,poor management, manager promote only buttering people rather than hard working people, top bussiness head need to pay attention at ground level because they are the main source to generate revenue for the company, high politics. Yashish dahiya please pay attention to these above feedback and executive something for the beneficial for the employee. Problem is in middle level management.

If you have a lot of expectations from your life but you are not ambitious and you are not willing to put efforts than don’t even think to join it. But if you dare to work out of your comfort zone without being allied to gossips and all the stuff then this is heaven. Our CEOs vision has envisioned my life that’s why I am so optimistic and positive about my company. I do my job as I am running my own business. The managers are not the bosses they are like my elder brothers.

They are very good in incentive and paying salary on time

Dislikes

There work culture is worst there is no work life balance and people dont know how to talk to their subordinates they are treating people like a machine . Even the words which they used is terrible for the ears sometime and the work is also monotonous so no chance for learning
