The timing is fixed which is good. And you will get salary on time.

Dislikes

Work environment, no support from senior, lot of work pressure, no appraisal until you kill yourself at work, no promotion, no incentive, no one talk in a proper manner and senior will treat you like shit. Your ambition will die and confidence will get killed by them. No growth.

Huge incentive in policybazaar is positive point.

Dislikes

Company will not give you government holiday off neither double pay for working on that day. When you will resign then they will not provide last 3 months incentive.

Nothing here is to be liked about...only salary is good thats it...

Dislikes

Worts working culture and seniors don't have proper knowledge about the products too...all they want is sales..and any requirement is needed to customer after sales..they just hand over an email id and say tell customer to mail on this email id
