...ere more then 1.5 years. But the hierarchy and they office culture was terrible. Only the good thing i can remember was that slow poison which was injected every months last working day(salary).

Employees are treated like school kids, the team lead was having more then 7 years of experience but he talks everyone like he’s ordering and making things done. We have to ask for leaves 7 day before we want that 1 day of leave and in case of emergency if our so called Team lead thinks is an emergency then he’ll approve it. When someone is in good books of our TL then he calls him bro but if you call him bro then he threatens you to escalate this to the higher management. Working in night shifts was already difficult and even after that in peak winters if someone sleeps then the only thing I can say is he’ll say everything except for a proficient word. When our project was ramping down due to managerial issues then I was forced to resign without any notice period. They forced me to resign on 12 jun and released me on 16 itself. Basically they were asking me to come to Bangalore and they will align me into another project which we dont know was into night shift or day shift. They asked the whole team to come to Bangalore just 6 days before and on the 7th day they asked people living in Rajasthan, North east, Bihar, Punjab, Delhi etc to come to Bangalore and stay here. Even I was a North Indian thats why I wasn’t given promotion because our TL made a group and they talk in south Indian languages and I was being cornered.

If your performing skills is 100/100 even tho they won't give you promotion and Salary hike. They won't provide any new skill training sessions. If you want to develop in the industry better to leave PTW. Salary is like shit. Hyderabad branch follows Banglore office, which is wrost. If you have skills of scuuking higher once, you can survive in this company

Provided work from home for 7 months, work is chill 80% of the time , but the other 20% it will be extremely stressful.

Dislikes

Lot of cost cutting around many places. Don't even provide devices which pass minimum requirements required for project. And the quality of the quality assured is not good. They don't take proper interviews, and they hire pretty much anyone irrespective of their skills.

Good environment, good people can learn all the project related stuff

Dislikes

We can't explore all the things related to Testing, very less hikes & promotions. And also the pay is less in the initial stage. Experienced people can chill in the office.
