...hift allowance rs.200/-. All the politics and they least bother about employees. No salary hikes whatsover. Third class management. Mass lay off or else always trimming employee size.

The culture is very bad. Each leader is wanting to establish his or her own authority. Zero respect for Finance as a function. There is no career progression. Unusual spend is excessively high. Good work is hardly appreciated or rewarded. Ppl want to work as per their whims. Absolute zero professionalism
