Dislikes

too much of politics , false and fake promises by managers , managers are biased , no career growth , too much of work pressure , no work life balance , Variable pay concept is pathetic. You will not get variable pay either if you resign or less than 85% of billing in a year etc., too much rigid and pathetic rules for variable pay , promotion , hike etc., please do not join in virtusa-polaris.

...ment is nice..shifts are comfortable.. but growth is slow.. good for freshers... salary is ok at starting... shift allowance is given to employee.. overall company is good.
