...anner how to talk with there employees they treat there employees like a labour. There words are "You don't have the capacity to earn this much salary i think you should get 10k" they always shouts and they call there employees like "areyy usko bulana" as we don't have our names. They intentionally delayed there employees salary i mean seriously they do payment in the mid of the month. They don't provide offer letter, i mean just think a small startup company also provide offer letter neither they provide Joining letter nor any kind of agreements. Overall this is the worst company anyone have ever experienced

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
