Required to arrived by 10am but and can not leave at 7pm. Overtime expected everyday without additional pay. If you leave it at 7pm then both of team leader & hr start targeting you, additionally I have to working during officially holidays. Highly stressful & uncomfortable workplace atmosphere. Tl & hr were involved in amount of office politics. There were few good people working with me but even they have left now. In last 1 month 5 employee have left for same reason

Likes

The comapny has a great culture with no office polictics. The founder keeps things very very transparent to all employees and believes in lateral structure. They never delay salaries and never lay-off people, that's like a principal being followed by them.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, the clients can be very demanding and sometimes deadlines are aggressive. I think that's a part of agency work and nothing significantly off.

The work environment is really worse here, plus if you live outside from Ahmedabad, its gonna be permanent work from home. There is so much communication gap, seniors wont reach out to you for anything & even if you try they will cut your call saying they're busy. If something messes up, you will be blamed for everything. Worst management, you wont get anything new to learn. In fact I'm not even doing half of the work which I used to do in my last agency. There were few good people working with me here but even they have left now, in last 4 month around 9 employees have left for some reason so definitely there's problem with the Poised media.

The people at the Ahmedabad office were very nice and supportive during my 2 months of internship there. The working space would have been better, but overall it was a good learning experience.

Dislikes

There were certain people from the Mumbai team who would constantly give unrealistic deadlines, they also sort of lacked coordination as people within their own team would not know what work their teammate has given to us interns; leading to constant piling up of work.
