The work environment is really worse here, plus if you live outside from Ahmedabad, its gonna be permanent work from home. There is so much communication gap, seniors wont reach out to you for anything & even if you try they will cut your call saying they're busy. If something messes up, you will be blamed for everything. Worst management, you wont get anything new to learn. In fact I'm not even doing half of the work which I used to do in my last agency. There were few good people working with me here but even they have left now, in last 4 month around 9 employees have left for some reason so definitely there's problem with the Poised media....Read More

The comapny has a great culture with no office polictics. The founder keeps things very very transparent to all employees and believes in lateral structure. They never delay salaries and never lay-off people, that's like a principal being followed by them.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, the clients can be very demanding and sometimes deadlines are aggressive. I think that's a part of agency work and nothing significantly off.
