Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Micromanagement from the boss, less yearly paid leaves, salary not up to market values, promotion given but not valued, if sick leave is taken then lots of questions are asked which make you feel interrogated. Narrow minded management.

Point pi Company is very good It is a product based company. I have enjoyed working in this company and everyone is supportive. Good for people who wants to work in core IOT field. great work culture with flexible timing. I have learned many things to improve my personal and career growth. You will keep learning some new things/Technology.

Dislikes

Little work pressure need to come on saturday sometime but you will get a comp off for that. No outing and fun friday. WFH is hard to get as you will be working oh hardware's. No PF deduction .
