There is a problem in leadership. If correct leadership will designate , the company will be the TOP MANUFACTURING company in India.. Top management is very good and they have good vision . Compesation is decent ,work pressure is very high some times have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day there is no job training for freshers so seniors have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes
