Insiders who have been dedicated to the company for years are not fairly compensated compared to outsiders who are hired at higher pay scales. It's more of a trading company than engineering company, no proud or joy for products you sell. No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much. No attention to processes, no direction from leadership. Needless to say, attrition is very high.
