1. COMPANY PAYS SALARY ON REGULAR BASIS. 2. SINCE THIS COMPANY MAINLY CONSTRUCTS BRIDGE(S), SO OVERALL THE WORK LOAD IS COMPARATIVELY LITTLE LESS THAN A NORMAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. 3. THE OWNER(DIRECTOR) OF THE COMPANY, MR. VARUN PODDAR IS A FANTASTIC PERSON & IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP. 4. COMPANY TAKES CARE OF EMPLOYEES IN TERMS OF FOOD.

1. THERE IS NO STRUCTURED POSITION IN THE COMPANY. 2. SOME RANDOM NON TECHNICAL PERSON OR JUNIOR PERSON WILL HAVE SAY OVER YOU JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE WORKED MORE YEARS IN THE COMPANY THAN YOU. 3.
