Curriculum is best. Cleanliness at work place.

Dislikes

Working hours are allmost 24/7 Continuous performance pressure. Also the salary is not satisfactory. Reporing time is tooo early and no guarantee of returning home in time even for a single day or holiday as well.

... a good rapport with everyone. As far as my knowledge, there is a career growth. One will get the best salary and appraisal if he really deserves it. There is always encouragement for using our innovative and creative skills. However, it's quite bit difficult to maintain work life balance because sometimes the job demands you to keep your family and personal life above your job. And the rest everything is good and fine. Taking leaves is bit a tough because according to them, We are supposed to render our services despite our hectic personal problems. This is the fact I hate the most. I just expect whenever there's an emergency to take leave it should be granted happily. Everyone has his own personal life and nobody takes leave just for passing time. It has to made understand by them. Apart from this, I am happy working there.
