PNB MetLife having Very week top management and strategy team. There is no vision of company. PNB MetLife and PNB Bank having Zero coordination and due to which still after 12 year of Joint venture PNB Bank staff has not accepted PNB Metlife. When we are visiting Circle office or Branch...There is very separate behaviour with Met Life staff. And business can't happen in PNB Bank. Also job security is not there. In PNB Met Life they gives PIP to Circle Manager too. And whenever they want they will do transfer...Overall Hitler type Management.

...se benifits but we have to reach Target but it's not possible to reach Target Actually company is hiring new employee with more package but old employees are getting same package salary at the end both the employees are giving same output🙂

Work culture allows you exponentially increase your learning curve. Opportunities are given to learn new things, which basically is dependent on each individual's potential. Work life balance is also maintained as company has Hybrid workplace culture.

Dislikes

...make all the decisions. Even new ideas are appreciated but never implemented. Salary bands are very conservative and increments are not that good too. Also, upper management has higher payout% and lower management gets very less.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
