...agement is transparent. There's a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

Not having a good experience. They have not even provided salary on time or complete salary of lockdown.

HR department. They take huge amount of time to do even a very small work. Which can be done in minutes.

No work life balance. Harassing management. Full of political environment. No work ethics. No policies. No standards. Leg pulling each other’s. Terrible owners. 😊

Nothing to like in this company, management are dictator by nature. Work life balance is very poor.

No incriment seen in last 3 years, at the time of incriment they starting misbehaving, and unethical behaviour with employees. If any employee resign and give proper notice period they misguide employees for 10-12 months as a punishment for full & final clearance but they are not giving full amount.

Our plant manager is Gvaar 😂. He only likes the people who do chugali. No organisational behaviour is over there. Do chugali and made your day. Worst place to work. Aadat kharab kr di inhone. Hero se zero bna dia . Don't join they will ruin your career.
