Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that mechanical engineering. I like working in mechanical engineering department. Gearbox. Compressor. Chain conveyer. Boiler. Pumps. R.O. plant. E.T.P. plant. Welding. Wheel Alignment.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work presure is very high. No lunch. No transport

Only people who manipulate the owners survive in this company.
