Very bad bad senior in my department never giving chances to move forward salary very less better go for IT field.

PMT MACHINE LTD is Cnc machine manufacturing company. Where as in fabrication department I use to work as manufacturing of railway transportation job,hydro energy past,CNC Oxy cutting programming, laser machine programming. Etc

Management is poor, they only focus on short term solutions without focusing on the long-term factors to grow and expand the company.
