It was my start up company PMI. Very good to learn new technical things about EV My seniors and GM(Chassis drive line) is also very good in nature and cooperative.

Dislikes

Salary was not good. Workplace area for low level employee is not Good. Appraisal was not good for low paid employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resing on the job

Good work environment and culture. Teamsters are supportive and lots of things have to learning there.

Salary is very less but career growth is fast. Salary growth after one year completed in financial year.

Actually I can't say it a company.. it is a shop, No discussions, Threaten people for termination Old. Workers.are managers, they can't write a letter and they are boss with full of frivolous mindset, they force Graduate engineers and post graduate/MBAs boys for cleaning, washing and other labourer works and feel satisfaction for their matriculation education What PMI write on its wall is 180 degree in actual

...pany has hired graduate engineers for showing no. Of cvs but paying less than 2.5LPA package for its Graduate engineers, Accounts section doesn't clear bill for weeks and sometime for months

There is no job security in the company, as long as you have work, your job is secure and if you make even the slightest mistake, the management puts pressure on you mentally and even terminate you without giving any reason.
