Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fore chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus Avery year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resing on the job

Actually I can't say it a company.. it is a shop, No discussions, Threaten people for termination Old. Workers.are managers, they can't write a letter and they are boss with full of frivolous mindset, they force Graduate engineers and post graduate/MBAs boys for cleaning, washing and other labourer works and feel satisfaction for their matriculation education What PMI write on its wall is 180 degree in actual...Read More

If I satisfy that I am working in a workshop then it is ok otherwise there are Ko norms Company has hired graduate engineers for showing no. Of cvs but paying less than 2.5LPA package for its Graduate engineers, Accounts section doesn't clear bill for weeks and sometime for months
