In case if you have decided to join Pluto7 requesting you please don't get impressed by their variable structure it's a scam. Once you joined the company since then forget about any appraisal and variable payout. For example - if you will ask your variable and increment after one year then HR and higher management will raise question mark on your performance. If you're not asking appraisal or variable means you are a Ideal and good employee. WFH option is here but forget about your personal life. Today you have joined as a XYZ position... But tomorrow your designation will be changed without any information even they don't bother whether you have experience or not.

1. Project Allocation No relevant project allocation. Data Engineers are working on Web Development projects, Machine Learning Engineers are working on Data Migration work (Data Engineering project), Technical persons are being allocated to write success stories which falls under non-technical job. 2. Work Life Balance Work pressure is too much. I can't express it. Management team were organizing some of the meeting after 6:30 or 7pm. Internal L&D sessions were being scheduled at 8:30 pm. We'll were extending our office hours by 3-4 hours which means you will have to work for 11-12 hours a day in order to meet the customer's expectation within the timeline. And manager will not worried about the employee health. They never said guys, don't work after after 6pm or don't extend your hours. Infact team leads were forcing to work more hours. I have seen many of the employees were facing migraine issue. 3. Learning & Development or Certification Neither you will get access to Udemy or Coursera nor you can reimburse if you enroll for any course by your own. 4. Management This startup is not growing because of it's worst management. Project allocation is done by the management team along with the RMs. And because of improper allocation of projects, every month 1-2 employees are leaving this organization. 5. Company Culture Company culture was worst. Seniors will not help you. If you ask something they will simply say "I'm busy in Project X". Employees were not encouraged to explore the full potential of their skill sets. This startup will not invest anything in employees' growth and development.
