Salary structure No appraisal policy No proper HR policy At the time of Interview HR will ready to provide each and every facility but all facilities will be just for the interview nothing will be provided after joining this is called ( Jumlebaaji wali facilities ) . If you demand your salary on timely basis then you will be threatened to be terminated and that too by calling from the office Admin's side. This is a single organization where TA and DA norms revise in every 3 months and that too in reverse direction ( In decreasing order , Agar last time aapke hotel stay ka budget 600 rupees tha to after revised wo 300 ho jayega . ) They only believe in Decreasing number chahe wo aapki salary ho ya TA .

... kiye hain jahan fix time nahi bataya Gaya hai. # They believe in Fake promises. # Agar baat salary, expense ya increment ki hogi to aapke managers aur heads kabhi bhi aapka support nahi karenge....... Unko aisa lagta hai ki agar wo apne juniors ka support karenge to u ki naukari chali jayegi isiliye wo hamesha aapke against hi rahna pasand karte hain.

...he most special and unique thing is resigning oohhhooo it's termination process. Saari corporate industry ko inse sikhna chahiye ki kisi employee ka termination kaise karna chahiye, waise to inhone termination word ka matlab hi change kar diya hai usko ab HR team forcefully resignation bolti hai, agar aapko process janana ho to aaiye aap bhi is company ke behtareen culture ka ek hissa banane tabhi to kuch new methods aapko pata chalega 😜😜😜😜😜 Still waiting for March 2024 month salary and today is 7th May 2024, TA and DA ki to baat hi mat kijiye shayad aapko jab TA, DA ka paisa milega to aapko kya accounts team ko bhi pata nahi hota hai ki kis month ka TA, DA wo reimburse kar rahe hain.

...y Holiday, You have to attend online meeting even at night 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM. Their Payment structure or If you want your salary or TA you have to send a mail to your manager regarding your financial issue then your manager will forward your request to your Head or Admin team. (January ka salary agar Feb. Month mein chahiye to aapko mail ke through apne seniors ko Jagana padega nahi to shayad wo salary tabhi aayegi jab take wo jagenge )

1. Nepal se Gangtok tak company ne maje karvaye. 2. Aapko jab koi gadha bolde aur phir bhi aap kahi training de rahe ho to wo bahut acha lagta hai.

- No assuring you will get your salary on time. - You will be the puppet of the company. - For salary, you will do mail or this. for getting your expenses, you will do mail for this. - Weekly assessment for no reason. - when you get low marks, you will be called a donkey in a weekly review meeting. - The town hall meeting is only for Show-off. - When you are late for any work, mark it as LOP/LWP. - In this Organization, there are two types of management one is in favor and the other is against you.
