Plum is a bubble Management acts like headless chicken Don't know how to manage their resources People management is worst Inventory is getting expired and no one is able to take action Supplies are nightmare and products runs oos and SCM blaims sales team for poor inventory projection Shipment does not get delivered and sales blaims SCM Blaims game over mail is rampant Managers does not know how to talk to people People are leaving every week and founder is sleeping like nothing happens Brand started as skin care but even sales hair perfume body wash lotion and colour cosmetics baby products and guesss what every thing getting rejected one after another reduction in number of skhs from 700 to 150 is proper evidence of that Phy brand is now closed always Plum body loving in next and then Plum skin will have flatish growth They are creating a bubble that everything is fine but nothing is competitors like minimalist and dot and key have already gone ahead with just skin care Skus and brand such as Foxtale and deconstruct will do it in no time Once this is done they will blame competition it self for giving high discounts and gaining more sales Don't join even if they try to hire you Toxic is very polite word to describe this company They have problem of plenty and will die soon as a brand
