Team is good. Management is not.

Dislikes

They don't have clear goals regarding their business. Very newly opened. High insecurity for job. They hire on high salaries but in 2-3 months it becomes problematic for them. They give unnecessary excuses. Top most management l think lives in dream land. No clear goals, no ideas.
