Very poor and fake management. Very corrupted Naveen chodhary and sumit Sharma. Highly every employee harrement wrong warning every time stop incentive and salary with any reason make fake warning letter. Not good job for life in future

...ollar in the case of Facility, uniform, rules, leaves even also in the behavior. Even blue collar having salary deposit at 7th of the month and white collar at the end of the month 30th....Every one is working with dedication and hardwork but this things terrible.

No work life balance. Manager expects you to stay back everyday without any reason. At sharp 5:30 pm he would come and ask to stay back for some work which he never discuss and he leaves. And we need to stay back.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent for those employees who is referred by management. There is no job training for new joiner's .
