The products that Planview has to offer is amazing.

...ure to get the work done from the employees and don't care about the well being. At the end of the day, they would give the CIC award instead of a hike in the salary to keep the mouth shut. I seriously regret joining this god forsaken company.

Great Place to work, you will get to work for global customer base. You will get career growth opportunities, Recognitions are there for travelling the extra mile and getting the work done. Perks of working in hybrid model, you are not forced to come to office daily like some other orgs, you can come to office along with your team and other colleagues for working sessions whenever needed. Overall, its a good place to learn and evolve if you are early in your career and grow further by strengthening connections.

My experience: I am writing to provide critical feedback on the  leadership approach ( especially the reporting manager), as it significantly impacts the team’s dynamics and overall productivity. While the position provides a unique opportunity to inspire and guide team members ,there are recurring concerns that must be addressed to foster a healthy and effective working environment.  1. Capability and Role Alignment: Leadership demands placing the right people in the right roles. At times, it seems we are assigning tasks or responsibilities without fully considering individual strengths, resulting in inefficiencies and frustration. Misaligned roles create an atmosphere akin to "the blind leading the blind," ultimately undermining team performance.  2. Fairness and Impartiality:A leader must be the embodiment of fairness. However, there have been noticeable instances of bias in decision-making, especially uplifting their followers coming out of regional biasness, leading to perceptions of selective enforcement of rules. As the saying goes, "rules are for thee but not for me." This practice erodes trust and discourages open communication and collaboration among team members.  3. Responsible Use of Authority: Effective leadership requires balance, but there have been moments where authority seems to be misused or overly asserted. Such behavior, often perceived as "throwing one’s weight around" or being "drnk with power," stifles innovation and creates a restrictive atmosphere. Authority should be used to empower, not to control or diminish others.  These issues are not just observations—they are barriers to the team’s success and morale. Leadership is about setting an example and creating an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and motivated. These are to be reflected by higher ups and also requires actionable steps to rebuild trust and promote fairness. Advice to the management: Homework before you make anyone as the leader. Drnk with power individuals only destroy the stability.

The organization is transparent, it shares the business realities with everyone within the org. Lives by 5 core values and that is visible in day to day activities. The new energy and old minds form a great mix of skills. Multiple forums for anonymous feedback & action planning done based on that.
