Toxic Favourtisim UNfairness Unprofessional No Job Security Exploitation Burnout Worst sales team - Unethical, unnecessary and unreasonable pressure on Indian colleagues, special treatment and favourtism for special ones (even after non performance and disrespect for others), hold responsible others for their own failures, dont have respect for others time. Local Leadership - Worst, buttering culture, Leadership appointed their agents as senoir who have their gangs. They just want to control (or rule) the company here.

...ure to get the work done from the employees and don't care about the well being. At the end of the day, they would give the CIC award instead of a hike in the salary to keep the mouth shut. I seriously regret joining this god forsaken company.

...e knows most of the people, so you donot get lost in crowd like other big MNC. Compensation and Skill learning development is great.

Growth at the moment for employees is a little stagnant.

Supportive work environment, Lots of learning opportunities in the PS teams. And professional services senior leadership genuinely cares about employees professional and personal growth. lots of good opportunity to work on implementation projects globally. culture encourages creativity and open communication. company continues to invest in employee engagement and learning. Also there are many other pros,, friendly colleagues, flexible work options, employee benefits.. etc

Great Place to work, you will get to work for global customer base. You will get career growth opportunities, Recognitions are there for travelling the extra mile and getting the work done. Perks of working in hybrid model, you are not forced to come to office daily like some other orgs, you can come to office along with your team and other colleagues for working sessions whenever needed. Overall, its a good place to learn and evolve if you are early in your career and grow further by strengthening connections.

Can bring in some hierarchy within the teams, to aspire them to work harder and attain the senior role for healthy environment of the team, so that there is no conflict amongst individuals on their performance.
